The first edition of the International Anti-Corruption Film Festival will be held in Tunisia from October 17 to October 20, 2019, at the City of Culture in Tunis. This festival suggests using the cinema as a " reflection vehicle " and "critical debate" on the anti-corruption phenomenon.
Organized by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC), in partnership with, The Korean Agency for International Cooperation (KOICA), with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the National Center for Cinema and Image (CNCI) and the National Tunisian Journalists Union (SNJT). The RIFAC's main aim is to raise the awareness of the general public to take action on a daily basis to abolish corruption.

What we strive to accomplish

To establish this festival in the Tunisian cultural and cinematographic landscape and to work for its extension and its holding in the years to come.
To create an identity related to this festival and ensure that it becomes one of the major anti-corruption events in the coming years.
To increase the awareness of citizens, of all age groups, of the dangers and risks of corruption in all aspects of the cultural environment.
To reinforce the culture of justice and raise public awareness of its principles and values.
To consolidate the Tunisian-Korean cultural interactions and strengthen the exchange of experiences and skills.
Created by the decree-law 2011-120 of November 14th, 2011, this authority replaced the Commission of Investigation on the Cases of Corruption and Malversation, which presented a report that elaborates its mission (November 2011).

Established by Article 12 of the Legislative Decree 2011-120 of 14th of November 2011, the National Anti-Corruption Authority has a general mission of a facilitator in the fight against corruption: it proposes policies to battle corruption, execute the principles of general guidance, gives its opinion on anti-corruption draft laws and regulations, collects data on corruption, facilitates contact between actors, and disseminates an anti-corruption culture.
